Alexis came to Crash Avenue in September of 2005. She's probably the only one around here that knows where all the CDs are or how to fix the email... basically how everything works around here. Alexis manages the specialty radio promotions and the recently added internet promotions arms of Crash Avenue. She's a recent Butler University graduate and former professional dancer.
“Jeffrey Smith is about as fine an independent publicist as I've had the pleasure to work with. He represents his clients well and goes the extra mile to try to get the message out to as many folks as possible. He is always very professional in his demeanor, both on the telephone and by email. I look forward to continuing to work with Jeff and suggest you do the same.” October 29, 2008 David Devoe , Editor , HybridMagazine.com “If you love what you do as much as Jeffrey does, then there's no doubt that you'll be great at what you do. Not only is he at the top of his game, but he's both simultaneously affable and intense. Anyone can send email blasts and mail out CDs. But not everyone can offer the passion and special attention that Jeffrey Smith can. Plus, when you see that amiable face, you can never say no.” October 25, 2008 Sean Cannon , Editor-in-Chief , Buzzgrinder.com “I have known Jeff for approximately three years, and have had a chance to work on a couple of projects with him. I found him to be great to work with--high energy, super responsive, good guy. I have recommended repeatedly, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.” October 24, 2008 Jeff Biederman , Partner , Manatt Phelps & Phillips “Jeffrey knows that in his industry, EVERYTHING is about the client. Over the last year, as someone involved in the music industry I have developed a friendship with Jeffrey as a result of his constant communication and promotion on behalf of his clients. Jeffrey knows how to establish and develop the critical relationships and has helped to put one his clients in the National spotlight from the moment his album was released. Everything that Jeffrey does, he does for his clients, but you would never know that it was work, because the man truly loves what he does, which, I think is strongly reflected in the quality of his hard work. I strongly recommend and endorse Jeffrey Smith.” October 24, 2008 Cory Greenwell , Writer/Editor , Backseat Sandbar ""I worked with Jeffrey when I was with Performing Songwriter Magazine, and I was always impressed with his ability to work with several clients at once, giving all of them the necessary attention and care. As a publicist, he's great at what he does (informative yet never pushy) and as a business owner he is clearly on top of things! Always a pleasure to work with." - Abby White, Former Music Editor, Performing Songwriter Magazine
